About The Event

For us, Brunch conjures images of crisp, bright Martinis, the popping of corks, the crackle of jazz on vinyl and the myriad of warm, unctuous smells of culinary wonderment coming from the kitchen.

Join us for the first, (of many), Sunday Brunch at CRUSH! As you know, our style is the rustic and the unique, and our brunch will be no different...The sparkling's chilled, glasses polished and the jazz greats are ready to serenade your Sunday afternoon of culinary happiness.

Libations like our new "Melted Sorbet Bellini" in several flavors, our CRUSH Signature French 75 and even the ever-present "Manmosa". Need a sturdy "Old Fashioned" or a Perfect Manhattan? Done. Classic Martinis are of course...a given.

New Brunch Menu Exclusives:

Sticky Buns: Gooey cinnamon rolls packed with filling and walnuts with a brown sugar-butter glaze, recommended to be served with our Bourbon selection.

Oysters on the Half-Shell: 3 oysters to be plated with decorative rocks, served with flake salt, lemons, and hot sauce upon request.

Quiche: eggs baked with arugula, goat cheese, shredded asparagus, and roasted red peppers

Tenderloin Crostini: Teres Major sous-vide and seared, sliced thin and served on a crostini with goat cheese, asparagus, and hollandaise.

Deviled Eggs Two Ways: eggs filled with egg creme and either a crab salad with fresh red peppers or salmon and dill.

Duck and Apple Salad: fancy greens tossed with pea shoots and microgreens in a raspberry vinaigrette, seared duck confit, thinly sliced gala apples, and candied spiced walnuts.

Pumpkin Gnocchi: pumpkin gnocchi sauteed in a sweet brown sugar cinnamon sauce, with crisp peppered bacon and a fried quail egg.

$36* per person includes unlimited brunch tapas and two drinks from our brunch menu. All other drinks, cocktails and our wine portfolio are avialbe at an additional charge.
