Taught in an intimate and engaging atmosphere where you are encouraged to share your impressions and ask questions, Sommelier Ray Grimes will guide you through the proper way to handle, taste, and enjoy hand selected, exceptional wines. This class will be modeled after both the Deductive Tasting Method (Court of Master Sommeliers) and the Systematic Approach (Wine and Spirit Education Trust).
Ray will address the different types of wine and how they're made as you explore the brilliant wines listed below:
